Anti-Anxiety Workshop

This group will focus on identifying one’s source of Anxiety (fears and worries), and then being able to apply specific CBT techniques to reduce the impact of those fears and worries. By the end of this group, each participant should be able to utilize a variety of techniques with which to negate feelings of anxiety.

Zoom for 6 weekly group sessions

What you will need for this workshop:

1). The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Anxiety by William J. Knaus, EdD (Available on Amazon)

3). A reliable internet connection and familiarity of using Zoom
