This book is science based and utilizes CBT cognitive behavior therapy tools to make changes stick once and for all! Come join us and learn from a scientific proven process to make good habits happen. If you are stuck and struggling with weight gain and getting the lifestyle changes to happen consistently this is the group for you!

Learn practical strategies that will teach you exactly how to form good habits, break bad ones, and master the tiny behaviors that lead to remarkable results.

This group will teach people how making miniscule changes grow into habits and compound into life-altering outcomes! The small habits will have a transformative effect on your health, productivity, motivation, and happiness!

Gear up for the book club by reading the book-Atomic Habits prior to the start of the book club as you will begin completing corresponding worksheets and applying what you learn to YOUR LIFE right after we begin the group!
